All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

I enjoyed my stay here! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. The brunch is a highlight, available until 1:30 PM, offering a great variety. Staff were friendly and attentive. Just be prepared for the slow elevators and some noise at night.

the air conditioning in my room leaked, which I guess is just one of those things, isn’t it? and I had to practically beg for a new room, just appalling! after staying 5 nights, I expected at least a complimentary upgrade or a kind gesture for my troubles but alas, nothing. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t,

Noise levels from both internal and external sources are unbearable!!! Rooms have poor lighting and lack modern amenities, like a fridge!!! Check-in processes can be improved to avoid long waits and frustration!!!

Breakfast until 1pm was incredibly useful.

during my stay in el arenal, this place truly exceeded my expectations. the double room was spacious and clean, making for a relaxing getaway. i loved the unlimited brunch and refreshing pool area, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

The staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring daily cleaning and going above and beyond to help with any requests. Breakfast offered a delightful variety of choices, each morning a treat.

The noise from the hall and nearby rooms was quite disrupting, making sleep a challenge. The pool area felt cramped, an unexpected disappointment given the hotel's size.

The lobby is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The clean and well-maintained spaces are easily accessible, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate during my stay.

More shaded areas around the pool would help seniors.

The Tent in El Arenal surprised me with its affordability and accessibility. The distance to the beach is just a short walk, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. My room was spacious with decent amenities. I loved the brunch service that runs until 13:30. it's a great way to start the day without rushing. Everyone from reception staff to housekeepers was incredibly welcoming and attentive. On the downside, the elevators felt outdated and took an eternity to arrive at times. There were moments when the noise from other guests was disruptive, especially at night. I found the food options a bit limited though acceptable overall. Some parts of the hotel could use a fresh look, especially the pool area where it seemed too shaded for sunbathing. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall vibe made for a pleasant and memorable getaway.
